Open iOS Simulator from Command Line
xcode can be opened from command line without opening the xcode itself.
To do so is simple, just run the following command:
open -a Simulator
If your xcode is properly installed and you accepted all the license agreement, you should be able to see the simulator app opened now.
You'd see a latest model of iPhone simulator opened by default.
If you want to change the device, click
File in the menu bar, then select
Open Simulator > the open another
simulator with the model you want.
