Get Switch to YouTube Premium Annual Plan from Monthly Plan

I don't know when the YouTube Premium annual plan launched, and I have never seen the option to switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan in the YouTube app.

Therefore, I tried to cancel my monthly plan, and then I saw the option to subscribe to the annual plan.

YouTube does not allow monthly plan subscribers to see the annual plan option, which is unfair.
