You might have clicked tab button by mistake and the UI disappeared. To bring it back, you can press tab button again. If it doesn't work, you can try the following steps:

1. Select Show Toolbar in the View menu.
2. Select Show Tools in the View menu.
3. Select Show Context Toolbar in the View menu.
4. Uncheck Hide Studio in the Window -> Studio menu.

There you go! Your Affinity UI should be back to normal.
