You might have clicked tab button by mistake and the UI disappeared. To bring it back, you can press tab button again. If it doesn't work, you can try the following steps:

1. Select `Show Toolbar` in the `View` menu.
2. Select `Show Tools` in the `View` menu.
3. Select `Show Context Toolbar` in the `View` menu.
4. Uncheck `Hide Studio` in the `Window -> Studio` menu.

There you go! Your Affinity UI should be back to normal.
